All orders are safely packed and carefully inspected prior to shipment.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturer defects resulting in the inability to correctly use the product as outlined in manufacturers written directions. In the unlikely event your product arrives with a defect, please contact us by calling (609) 684-6771 or emailing us at info@saniiswab.com

All defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, and per the instructions given by our customer service department. International shipping and handling on all returns/replacements shall be covered by the customer—no exceptions. Domestic shipping and handling on all returns/replacements shall be covered by the customer—unless approved in writing by PolleyMed prior to return.
